The “I do”
The pounding heart
The beautiful bride
The amazing start

Thinking “oh my gosh”
Wishing parents could be here
crying because the one you love
is the only one near

This is what we have always wanted
What we dream about
Is this really going to happen
or could we back out

You worry about your wallet,
don’t bet everything on that.
Protect yourself yourself from bad times.

Stay busy, come early, leave late,
make life easier and profitable.
See what is out there
promising and protected,
stick to your plan.

Expansion always come,
markets recover.
Don’t rush, be wary of the economy.

Pay your debts,
kill the credit-card,
give you new cloths,
keep the balance zero.

Rebuild the home,
credit for emergencies.
Don’t be shy about holding cash.

Protect yourself,
resist panic,
stay calm,
save money,
have options.

Don’t feel guilty in the first place.

In February 2007
a protected prosecution witness gave evidence
at the trial of seven sen¬ior Bosnian Serb officers
charged with the massacre
of up to 8,000 Muslim men and boys
at Srebrenica. The witness had been a driver,
delivering food and drink to the executioners
as they lined up their victims
and sprayed them with gunfire.
And then, suddenly, the shooting stopped. A very young boy
emerged from the heap of bodies, covered in blood
and mangled flesh. He began walking
toward the gunmen, crying for his “Babo” (father).
The soldiers lowered their weapons. The commanding officer
ordered them to shoot the boy but they refused, telling him
to do it himself.
The witness intervened on behalf of the boy: “All of a sudden
he took me by the hand…I don’t want any one of you to experience that…
the grip, the grip of him on my hand, and I was amazed
at his strength.” He took the boy
to his van and put some music on,
while the gunmen
returned to their work.

[Alexander Graham] Bell’s invention failed
On two occasions to pinpoint
The bullet’s location.

Historians say this may have been because
The device picked up metal coils
In the president’s mattress,
Or because Bell searched only
On the right side of Garfield’s body,
Where the lead physician,

Dr. Doctor Willard Bliss—
Doctor was his given name—
Had come to believe the bullet was lodged.

“One man suggested that they turn the president upside down
And see if the bullet would just fall out,”
Dr. Barbian said.

The branch which is to be grafted
must be in the hand of a beautiful damsel,

whilst a male person has disgraceful
and unnatural sexual intercourse with her.

During intercourse the woman
grafts the branch into the tree.
